In this half day retreat led by ATX Yoga Girl, Cynthia Bernard, students will experience practices they can use in every day life to embody presence in all they do. Each one of us has the opportunity to experience peace and ease. This retreat will focus on presence through movement, meditation, nature and creativity.
No prior experience is required. Adults only please.
