To request a Group Visit, please fill out the form below. After we receive the information, we will contact you to finalize the details of your visit. For a guided visit, a minimum of two weeks advance notice is required.

Group visits may be scheduled Tuesday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., based on space availability. Please allow time for parking and payment and note that we are closed on Mondays. (Except during Wildflower Days)

Lunch Options
Our Wildflower Café offers a variety of sandwiches, snacks and beverages and has first-come, first-served seating for around 30 indoors and 40 outdoors. Arrangements must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival at the time of group visit reservation. We also have shaded picnic areas marked on this map where groups can either arrange to have box lunches prepared by the Café or bring their own picnics. Groups make these arrangements directly with Circle C Catering by calling 512.301.7235 or emailing info@circleccatering.com.

Adult Group Visit Information

Thank you for your interest in a group visit of the Wildflower Center! To prearrange a guided group visit or discounted group rate, please fill out the form and we will contact you to finalize the details of your visit. Please allow at least two weeks notice for planning guided visits.

Rates

Guided rate: 15 minimum, guided -  $10 adults, $8 seniors/students, $4 children 5-12

Group rate: 20 minimum, self-guided - $8 adults, $6 seniors/students, $2 children 5-12

Private tour guide: 1-4 guests $100; 5-8 guests $150 

All rates include your admission fee. Coupons or member benefits (free admission) do not apply to group visits.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations should be made no less than ten (10) business days before the reserved date to avoid the $30.00 cancellation fee. Groups that do not show up for the reserved date will be assessed a $30.00 No-Show fee. Fee must be paid within thirty (30) days of cancellation or no-show date.

Rescheduling Policy
If for some reason you must reschedule your visit, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably no later than ten (10) business days before your scheduled visit.
