Abstract
Evaluates the effects of self-incompatibility in Phlox drummondii and P. cuspidata on hybridization between the species. The article concludes that early self-pollination can decrease hybridization in P. cuspidata. Self-incompatibility may increase hybridization in P. drummondii.Suggested Citation
