Habitat: Full sun, among Poaceae and Ebenaceae. Nominal water.

Description: Tree, 10 m tall. Branches gray/brown, smooth, with corky warts. Leaves (immature) alternate, ovate-lanceolate, medium green above, lighter beneath, reticulate, entire; a few white, short hairs on edges, lower surface and mid-vein.
