The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is more than a pretty place. In fact, we have been at the forefront of the green awakening with research and public initiatives that are literally changing the face of landscapes across America.  Our programs include training public school teachers through our nature-based curriculum, equipping local citizens with knowledge and skills to identify and remove invasive plants in their communities, and leading the charge for new landscape design standards through the Sustainable Sites Initiative, just to name a few.

Our first ever Green Honor Roll recognizes gifts made through our summer annual giving appeal, many from our members, donors, and volunteers who give countless hours to make our world a greener place. 

With the help of benefactors like those listed below, we can continue our important work of increasing the sustainable use and conservation of native wildflowers, plants, and landscapes.
